Traditional blackjack is one of the most popular of all casino table games, and is the version that people usually start with when learning the game.
There are many variants of European and American online blackjack for real money or free games, which offer players beautiful designs and realistic animations. Premier Blackjack Multihand belongs to the Premier series of blackjack, and is equipped with some unique gambling features.
This new version of blackjack certainly does offer a selection of the finest graphics, enhanced sound, as well as some features like an auto re-bet. This game, being a multihand blackjack game, can be played using five hands at the same time.
The Standard European Blackjack Rules
This game is played with two standard decks of 52 cards, instead of one, and follows the standard European blackjack rules. The dealer will shuffle the cards before each new game. The aim of Premier Blackjack Multihand, like any form of blackjack, is to beat the dealer’s hand by either having a hand with a higher value than the dealer, without exceeding the total of 21. You can also win the hand if the dealer’s hand goes bust.
The dealer has to stand on any hand with a value of 17 or above. Like in all versions of blackjack, the blackjack will beat any hand with a value of 21. Players can split cards which have the same rating, such as two Aces, two Queens etc.
If a player has a pair of Aces and decides to split them, and then is dealt a card with a value of 10, that is not considered a blackjack, merely a standard 21. A player is allowed only once to split his hand in order to make two hands, so it is not wise to split two Aces.
When you start the game of Premier Blackjack Multihand, you decide the number of hands you want to play. You can choose between one and five hands. The dealer begins with one card face up, and will stop drawing cards when he reaches the value of 17.
Different Bets Allowed
In Premier Blackjack Multihand, a player may double his bet, if your hand is particularly favourable, but that is considered equivalent to the initial bet. You will not be allowed to double down a bet after a split, although you are offered one exception of doubling down the bet when splitting Aces.
Once the hand is split, however, you are not entitled to receive a blackjack. You can play Premier Blackjack Multihand with the chance to take the insurance against the blackjack of the dealer.
Payouts are standard in this form of blackjack, and a payout of 3:2 is awarded when you win a blackjack hand containing an Ace and a card with a value of 10. A 2:1 payout is awarded on winning an insurance bet.
Rules are Simple to Follow for Everyone
You can accept the option to surrender your hand, but by doing so, you will forfeit half of your original bet to the dealer. Surrender is available only at the beginning of the hand, on your first two cards.
The rules of Premier Blackjack Multihand are liberal and simple for all players to follow, whatever their level of expertise in the game. This version of blackjack is interesting and will give you the opportunity to try out all your basic strategies.
